Refund policy

Returns and Refunds for GDI Products
Cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase. Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. All returns require our approval and a return authorization number before the item is shipped back. Products must be unused and in their original packaging.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable storage, handling, or routing fees. A 20% restocking fee may apply to each sauna. Refunds are issued within 5 business days after the returned product reaches the warehouse and passes inspection.

To request a cancellation or return, email corywinston1990@gmail.com before shipping anything. Do not send a return without authorization.

Please inspect your delivery and note any visible damage on the delivery receipt. Report hidden damage with photos within 48 hours of delivery.
